Everyone who buys a new Land Cruiser says they're going to build it. Almost nobody finishes. This one is finished — sorted, aligned, and running the parts you'd have picked yourself, on a one-owner truck with 16,801 miles and factory warranty time still on the clock.

THE TRUCK UNDERNEATH

This is the mid-grade Land Cruiser trim, not the base 1958 — the one with the full off-road hardware and the 12.3-inch display — ordered with the $4,600 Premium Package and the Trail Dust / Grayscape two-tone roof. For 2024, only two colors were offered with the contrasting roof, and Trail Dust is the one that made the 250 Series famous. Toyota's window sticker lists it as "Sand / Lt. Gray." Built in Hamura, Tokyo, Japan.

The Premium Package brings 14-speaker JBL premium audio, power moonroof with sunshade, head-up display, digital rearview mirror, center console cool box, Qi wireless charging, leather-trimmed memory power driver's seat, Lane Change Assist, Front Cross-Traffic Alert, and Traffic Jam Assist.

THE BUILD

- Belltech Trail Performance coilovers, front and rear. Real dampers with adjustable spring perches and 60mm bodies, not spacers. This truck carries a pre-production set — see Honest Notes below.

- BBS TS-R wheels, 18x9 +12, from BBS's new truck and overland program. The correct 6x139.7 Land Cruiser fitment, in the right diameter for real tire choice. Forged-wheel pedigree applied properly to off-road, and one of the first Land Cruiser to have them.

- 35-inch Falken Wildpeak A/T4W tires. The current benchmark all-terrain, severe snow rated (3PMSF), and the tire that actually works through a Colorado winter.

- Front Runner roof rack. The modular platform standard. Ready for a rooftop tent, awning, traction boards, or nothing at all.

- KC HiLiTES Pro6 LED light bar overhead, plus a KC Flex Era bar mounted to the front bumper. Layered lighting, done right.

- Steel center-mount front bumper with integrated light bar mount, giving you a real approach angle and a mounting point the plastic factory unit never had.

HISTORY AND CONDITION

One owner from new, purchased in California in July 2024 and kept there its entire life. No road salt, no winter corrosion. CARFAX reports no accidents, no damage, no structural repair, and a clean title with no brands. Last serviced on August 19, 2026 at 16,801 miles, including a full inspection and alignment check with the current suspension and tire setup in place.

Sourcing these parts takes months. Fitting 35s to a 250 Series takes suspension work, trimming, alignment, and patience. Shop queues for this kind of work run six to twelve weeks in the Front Range, and the parts alone represent well over fifteen thousand dollars before a dollar of labor. This truck is done. THE POWERTRAIN IS RIGHT FOR THIS

The i-FORCE MAX hybrid pairs a 2.4-liter turbocharged four-cylinder with an electric motor for 326 horsepower and 465 lb-ft of torque. That is more torque than the 5.7-liter V8 in the outgoing 200 Series, available from just off idle, which is exactly what you want turning 35-inch tires.

And because it's turbocharged with electric assist, it doesn't lose power at altitude the way a naturally aspirated engine does. This is a better truck at 11,000 feet than the one it replaced.

Underneath: full-time 4WD with electronically locking rear and center differentials, Stabilizer Disconnect Mechanism for front articulation, Multi-Terrain Select functional in both 4-High and 4-Low, CRAWL Control with Downhill Assist, Multi-Terrain Monitor, and a 2.4kW AC inverter for camp and jobsite power. Rated to tow 6,000 pounds.

INTERIOR AND TECHNOLOGY

12.3-inch Toyota Audio Multimedia with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, upgraded to the 14-speaker JBL system. Heated and ventilated front seats, leather-trimmed heated steering wheel, head-up display, digital rearview mirror, and the center console cool box. Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 with pre-collision, blind spot monitor, and rear cross-traffic alert is standard.

HONEST NOTES

Fitting 35-inch tires required light trimming, which has been done cleanly. The factory 20-inch wheels and tires do not come with the vehicle.

Expect fuel economy below the factory 23 mpg combined figure. Bigger tires and a roof rack cost you mileage on any build.
